    HomePay Bills provides a door-to-door bill collection service to help clients settle their monthly payments conveniently. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    2. Service Scope
    • We collect payments for utility bills, government contributions, loan installments, and other authorized services.
    • Collection is done at your home, workplace, or agreed location within serviceable areas and during the agreed schedule.
    • Clients must provide official billing statements or reference numbers at the time of collection.
    3. Payment & Receipts
    • Our authorized collector will issue an official payment receipt upon collecting your payment.
    • Payments are considered valid only upon issuance of the receipt from HomePay Bills.
    • We do not accept partial or post-dated payments, unless previously arranged.
    4. Booking & Cancellation
    • Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance through our app, website, or official contact number.
    • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
    • Failure to notify may result in delays or service suspension.
    5. Security & Confidentiality
    • All transactions are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
    • Our collectors are uniformed and carry official IDs. Do not hand payments to unauthorized personnel.
    6. Liability Disclaimer
    • We are not liable for delays or failed transactions caused by inaccurate information or third-party service provider issues.
    • Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
    7. Service Fees
    • A minimal service fee may be charged per transaction depending on area and bill type.
    • Fees will be disclosed before transaction confirmation and are subject to change with notice.
    8. Client Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate billing information and full payment.
    • Ensure the collector’s safety by meeting in a secure and accessible location.
    • Report suspicious behavior immediately.
    9. Modification of Terms

    HomePay Bills reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via SMS, email, or website announcements.
